5.4 Portfolio & Marketing Rights

• Remove portfolio usage upon written request

6. Warranties & Support

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Client

• You may terminate the project at any time with written notice
• Payment for work completed up to termination date remains due
• Refunds calculated based on percentage of work completed
• All project materials must be returned upon termination

8.2 Termination by Aixel

We may terminate the agreement if:

• Payment obligations are not met within agreed timeframes
• You breach any material term of this agreement
• You provide false or misleading information
• The project becomes technically unfeasible or legally problematic

8.3 Effect of Termination

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Work product ownership transfers based on payment status
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
• Portfolio usage rights may be retained unless specifically revoked

9. General Provisions

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Aixel is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution
